Set In Stone is a premium all-access content series built to capture the energy, culture, and identity of Virginia Tech Football both on and off the field. Through consistent, high quality content, Set In Stone was designed to increase engagement, elevate athlete visibility, and strengthen the overall digital brand of Virginia Tech Football.

OBJECTIVES

STRATEGY

Combine cinematic storytelling with social-first content distribution to create a year-round digital platform surrounding Virginia Tech Football. The series will focus on player personalities, team culture, preparation, and defining moments that fans and recruits rarely get access to, delivering an authentic behind-the-scenes look into the program.

Participating student-athletes will be compensated by Triumph (pending CSC approval) for appearing in and promoting the all-access digital series across their personal social media platforms, helping amplify reach and engagement organically.

By leveraging both the program’s audience and the athletes’ individual brands, Set In Stone is designed to maximize visibility, strengthen fan connection, and create additional value for both Virginia Tech Football and Triumph.

EXECUTION

Execution of Set In Stone consists of a full-service content production and distribution strategy powered by Triumph. The series provides consistent behind-the-scenes access to Virginia Tech Football, including practices, workouts, game preparation, interviews, team activities, and lifestyle-driven content captured throughout the year.

We:

  • Capturing practices, workouts, team meetings & more.

  • Planning & scheduling interviews with Players/Staff/Personalities.

  • Editing & delivering full episodes as well as social media cuts.

  • Working with athletes featured to promote series on socials.

  • Designing supporting graphics and branding for the series.

  • Actively promoting series on our socials as well as at events.
