Carleigh Wenzel, a redshirt freshman, played in all 33 games for the 2023-24 season, starting once. She averaged 4.2 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game, with a standout performance in the NCAA Tournament against Marshall, scoring 12 points, grabbing six rebounds, and recording seven assists and two blocks. During the 2022-23 season, she redshirted. In high school, Carleigh scored over 1,000 points at O’Connor High School and over 1,500 points at Antonian College Preparatory, earning numerous All-State and All-Region accolades. She was rated the 44th-highest player and tenth-highest guard in the class of 2022.
